Never pay taxes, fees, repair, or upgrade cards.
Each turn, get 10% of the gap in assets between the richest and poorest player.
At the beginning of the game, prior to rolling for turn order, we roll for status. Each player rolls two D6 dice. If the player rolls 12, they have Oligarch status. The Banker shuffles the Oligarch cards, and the Player picks one without looking at the face. They may keep it secret, or share their role and special power at any time they see fit.
There can be multiple Oligarchs in a game. Conflicting Oligarch roles and decisions are to be mediated between the other Oligarchs and the Banker to break ties when needed. There are no game-enforced limits to methods that may be used to settle the debate.
Players that did NOT roll a 12 continue as Entrepreneurs. The Entrepreneur status allows the player to buy/sell property, build houses, collect a salary, collect/pay rent, etc as allowed in the Monopoly rules.
The banker serves at the pleasure of the Oligarchs. Should the Oligarchs decide to replace the banker, they may do so at any time. The banker otherwise has no responsibility outside the normal rules of the game.
Last player left in the game is the winner. But remember: by virtue of being here, you have already lost. You can still figure out who comes in second place, right?
